Stayed in a 4-star hotel with great architectural beauty. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was friendly.
The room could have used more lighting, the tub wasn't very clean, and it was difficult to communicate with the staff due to their limited English skills.

The hotel offered a breakfast buffet and it was satisfactory. the building was located in a quieter development zone, making it nice for a peaceful stay. there was a nice riverwalk that was conveniently located about a 15-minute walk away.
Though the hotel was adequate, the amenities were outdated and the level of cleanliness could have been improved. the staff's English was limited, which made communication difficult at times.

As a guest with children, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the location may not be ideal for leisure travelers, but it is close to West lake, where we enjoyed a lovely afternoon stroll. the hotel also provides convenient transportation to the airport in Xiao Shan, making our departure hassle-free. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided good service, and the breakfast, while not outstanding, was sufficient to start the day.
